Our Process

Becoming a new dealer can feel intimidating, but we make it easy. With just a few simple steps, you could be placing your first order within a week.  Visit our FAQ page for answers to common questions.

Step 1: Interview

Submit the Prospective Dealer Profile form.


Schedule a call with our Wholesale Program Manager to discuss our program, your company, your needs, and your goals.


Step 2: Registration & Onboarding

You’ll receive a welcome email with:


  • Instructions to set up a Closet Pro account with our product catalog
  • Software tool for placing orders
  • Product information guides
  • Component library information
  • Information on marketing resources
  • Sample package options and ordering instructions


Step 3: Place an order

Orders may be submitted on the agreed-upon onboarding timeline, as early as immediately after registration.



You’ll receive an estimated completion date for each order within 24 hours.


Pay a 50% deposit to secure your shipment or pickup date.

Step 4: Receive your order

Schedule a pickup date and time. We’ll notify you 24 hours before your order is ready.


If desired, we can connect you with our shipping experts at Platinum Cargo.


You’ll be in control of your preferred carrier, delivery type, cost, and timeline.


Pay the balance upon shipment or pickup.
