DEALER PROGRAM
In addition to our direct-to-consumer sales activities—providing superior storage and organization systems, custom furniture, and commercial and residential office furniture—we also sell our products through a network of Dealers throughout the country. Our Dealers benefit from our industry and manufacturing experience, enabling them to deliver top-quality products to their customers. Wholesale lead times vary between 1.5 to 3 weeks, depending on complexity and customization required.
Wholesale Closet Components provides all of the closet components needed for a successful installation. This includes doors, drawer fronts, drawer boxes, fabricated TFL parts, accessory moldings, TFL and HPL countertops, as well as all hardware (such as slides, cams—even screws) and accessories (handles, tie and belt racks, hampers, etc.). Dealers may elect to purchase hardware and accessory items directly from us, which we package together, simplifying the installation process and eliminating the need to hold inventory.
Our Dealers have flexibility when it comes to hardware and accessories. They may choose to purchase items on a per-job basis, negating the need to keep large inventories. Alternatively, they can stock up on frequently used components—such as cams and other fittings—or continue using their existing sources. We’re happy to support whatever approach best suits their needs. If they wish to build stock inventories, we’ll gladly connect them with our suppliers, giving them full access to all available options.

For those customers not in need of closet components who are simply looking for a quality vendor for door and drawer fronts, we sell directly to both commercial accounts and homeowners. We offer over 70 finishes, more than five 5-piece styles, as well as glass or mirror inserts—creating a product offering that is unparalleled. Hinge drilling is optional and fully customized to your needs.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the current lead times?
While lead times are bound to fluctuate, we typically maintain a 2–3 week lead time or less. Smaller orders may be worked in sooner.
What are your pick up hours?
Our pick up hours are Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm. We are closed on certain holidays.
How does scheduling work?
All orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, but we will always attempt to accommodate specific date requests.
What information do I need to give to get started?
We will need to know:

-Shipping and billing address (if different)

What design software do you offer?
While we are actively transitioning into new software, we currently support ClosetPro. We can add you to our account free of charge for a 1-month trial, with a fee beyond that.
Do you offer design and engineering assistance?
While we do not offer design assistance, we review each order and can provide editing advice as needed.
Can you give me an idea of pricing?
Yes, we can price out a design, provide example designs with pricing, or set you up with a ClosetPro 1-month free trial.
How do I begin ordering with The Closet Works Inc. Wholesale Program?
We will send a welcome email including:

Completed Easy Orders can be submitted via email anytime to be placed on the production schedule.
How do I place orders?
Orders are placed through Easy Order, a macro-enabled Excel system allowing high customization. ClosetPro users can use a converter tool to import parts. Once completed, the form is submitted via email for scheduling, invoicing, and payment.
Microsoft Office is required.
What are the terms for payment?
Orders require a 50% deposit to be scheduled. The remaining 50% is due upon completion before shipping or pickup.
What payment options do you offer?
ACH bank transfers (no fee)
Credit cards (3% processing fee)
Are parts able to be shipped via UPS?
Yes, parts under 60” can be shipped via UPS. Larger parts, contour parts, or glass-insert doors are not recommended for UPS.
How much does shipping cost and how does it work?
-$50 wrapped skid fee for pickup (waived if returned)
-$145 full crating fee for shipping
-Dealers arrange their own shipping
We provide dimensions/weight, and you coordinate with your carrier or broker to generate a Bill of Lading (BOL).
Do you offer warranty on parts?
Closet components are warrantied for 5 years against manufacturing defects. Doors over 50” are not covered for warping. Warranty covers part replacement only.
What is your policy on replacement parts?
-Manufacturing defects: replaced free (standard shipping rules apply)
-Expedited shipping: customer pays upgrade
-Shipping damage or misorders: replacement cost paid by customer
Is there a discount for showroom displays?
Yes, we offer 5% off beyond wholesale pricing with the expectation that photos of the final project are shared.
Do you offer product installation guides?
We are currently revising guides. In the meantime, we can connect you with our Installation Manager.
What kind of sample packages do you offer?
One free sample kit upon onboarding (sent with first order)

Do you offer marketing advice or content?
Yes, we can connect you with a marketing specialist. We also provide:
-Project photo library

We do not offer lighting components but can provide channels and wire management solutions. Custom solutions can be engineered for an additional charge.
